What happens after you reach out
- An engineer calls you back within one business day to learn about your team, your office or offices, and the software you can't work without.
- We review your setup. That usually means a visit to your Dunwoody office, a read-only look at Microsoft 365, devices and backups, and a few questions about how remote staff connect.
- You receive a short written report that ranks what we found by risk, along with a fixed monthly price for ongoing support.
- If you decide to work with us, we plan the switch with your current provider or in-house person, step by step, so nothing gets lost.
